1.0 ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refund requests are subjected to the following conditions:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
Refunds will not be granted if more than 10% of the content has been accessed.
Certain discounted courses may be non-refundable, as stated when purchased.

2.0 REQUESTING A REFUND

Our team will review your request and provide a response within 5 business days.

Provide a brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

3.0 REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of approval.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear back in your bank account, as stated by the payment provider.

4.0 NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

The request is made after the 14-day refund window.
More than 10% of the course content has been accessed.
The course was purchased under a non-refundable promotion or discount.
The user violates any terms and conditions outlined on our Website.
